2.5 kg of Paprika rubbed, slow smoked St Louis Pork Ribs: the meat falls from the bone.

2 kg of Beef Brisket – Paprika rubbed, slow and low hot smoked for a flavour packed punch, succulent melt-in-your-mouth. Served with a BBQ Glaze, whole so you can choose to carve big chunks or shred.
SALMON or PRAWN SALAD
1 kg of New Zealand Salmon – smoked inhouse.
1 kg of Prawn Salad – juicy succulent Prawns, smothered in 1000 Island Dressing added to a simple bed of Lettuce with a squeeze of Lemon. Traditional and delicious, refreshing and clean flavours.
1 kg of Lamb Sausages, grilled to perfection. A slight hint of Fennel gives these Bangers a point of difference.
Whole roast Chicken, ready to carve
20 Chicken Bites (minimum) – these BBQ’d Chicken Wing beauties are succulent finger-lickers and are a sure winner. With a choice of sauces, they’ll be picked to the bone in no time.

20 Herb roasted Potatoes, caressed with crushed Sea Salt
A large helping of Coleslaw and a creamy, tangy sauce.
Light Brown Meaty Gravy, Hot ‘Atomic’ Chili Sauce, Garlic Minted Yoghurt and BBQ Sauce
